How inquiry information is collected and used.
We collect only the information users submit through the inquiry form, such as name, email, phone, organization, event type, location preference and message details.
Information is used to respond to event-space and venue inquiry requests. We do not ask for payment card numbers, passport data, medical records or government ID information.
Inquiry details may be sent to the contact email and stored in a protected local backup for follow-up.
